A.Never. AI only goes as far as a draft — a person always presses the approve button. Drafts appear in yellow, and you choose: approve, fix & approve, or pass.
A.Yes. Jobs, schedules, site lists and sheets all work without freee. You only need the freee connection to issue documents like estimates and invoices. Support for other accounting software is planned.
A.Yes. It runs in the browser, so iPhone, Android and PC all see the same data. Phone on site, PC in the office is the intended setup.
A.It's yours. Each company's data is fully isolated and invisible to others. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the operator only accesses your data when operationally necessary (support, incident response).
